Online Dynasty Mode?

I have a crazy idea for an online dynasty mode.
I know it would be hard to do, but what if you can join a league on your next generation console that enables you to be the GM of a team while there are real people being the GMs of the other teams.
I am not sure how the simming of the games would go. I am just putting the idea out there, I need your help to build on it.

Well, that's basically the concept used by sim leagues right now. As long as it was free to join (or there was only a small once-off registration fee) I'd say it would be popular idea.
