okay my problem is i want to change the cap thingy my salary cap is 54.14M and my cap room is -107.80M that is after a season of 82-0 and winning the playoffs with no loses can someone help me out asap i'm getting frustrated cause i saw one forumthat says i should subtract 0.005 to the cap value for (ex. 54.14 - 0.005 = 54.135) then it says that i should remove the decimal point (so it would be 54135) then it says that i should convert it to HEX (so it would be D377) then i says that i should search for it in ultraedit i reverse (so it says that i should search for 77D3 instead of D377) but there was no result same to the other cap which is -107.80M can someone help me its really anoyying.

The 'cap' you're looking for isn't a cap, it's your salary spend. Just change 77 D3 to one of the below and you should be OK.
100 mil - A0 86 01
500 mil - 20 A1 07
80 mil - 80 38 01
150 mil - F0 49 02
200 mil - 40 0D 03
300 mil - E0 93 04
400 mil - 80 1A 06
