adding cyberfaces and portraits to missing players

I have created all the missing players into game and changed the iscreated thing in dbf. Unfortunately when I try to download the cyberfaces it never works (except for one random one with Glyniadakis). What do I need to do.
Also Im having trouble dowloading just plain cyberfaces for players already in the game. They used to work but as of late they havent been working when I dowload them. Putting the files in the sgsm folder isnt doing anything.
Another thing, when I go to edit a player that was already created in game, when Im doing rosters, all of the players faces are generic with facial hair and headshapes. But when I play a game , during the game the faces are realistic like they should be. Has anyone else encountered this or did I just get a crappy disk.
