How To Satify A Player With The Market?

i have a player which contract is expiring but i wont be able to resign him and i want to trade him but his not satified with the marker...his bar is empty what to do to satify him quick as possible?

You have no influence on the market. The market depends on the city size. E.g. Philly and New York are big markets. Minnesota or Charlotte rather small.

still cant understand it how come diffrent player are differently satisfied with the market...there are a couple of players on my team that are fully satisfied and there are a couple of players that their bars are empty....im with lakers

There isn't anything you can do about it; you're stuck with being in a big market/small market once you've selected your team. If a player is happy with other aspects of the team then it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

exactly some players like the big cities and for some players it's just too much.
