cap room/cap space

does it possible to to change/edit the cap room or cap space of a team???what .dbf file should i edit????

i was try to put my created player on the sixers team and it can't be done because the cap room/space of the sixer is -15.85M

It's the franchise.dat in your dynasty save folder.
