Viewing Contrast patch request

This may sound pretty stupid, but i was watching some nba on espn the other day and i was wondering if it were possible to creat a patch for live 07 that changed the contrast or whatever its called to look as if it were a tv broadcast of the game. I have no idea about creating patches and i thought it would add a little atmosphere to the game to make it more realistic.

Looking at the photo i dont know how to describe it but there's like this certain hue or contrast or whatever its called to the tv lens.
Does anybody understand what im trying to explain lol, and would anybody be wiling to make a patch like this?
