Rookie Scouting Bug?

The rookie scouted ratings are accurate at the end of a season after meticulously scouting - but actually become inaccurate when you go into the off-season...does anyone else notice this?

It seems the Def. Awareness grade gets shifted in front of the Off. Rebounds grade, and the Speed grade gets shifted in back of the Strength grade....which makes O.Reb ~ Strength grades differ from their actual rookie ratings. (except Dribble and Quickness)
