convert rosters

hello everyone. this is my first post in the forum and i'm not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this post but i want to ask something.
i have noticed that many rosters in the past were converted from one version of nba live to another(like patrick lee historical rosters, yan nowland last decade patch, nba 2k stuff historic collection etc). i want to ask if there is any program or tool that can help convert rosters that can be download somewhere or that roster can be converted only manually.

Golan, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but I think your asking about retro rosters or something similar. Sometimes patches are made to make the rosters for a certain decade or whatever, but I'm pretty confident these haven't been transferred across different versions of the game. I think the DBF's would not correspond, hence preventing this from working in actual fact. So, as far as I'm aware there is no program to achieve this goal. But who knows, I might be wrong.
