What is framerate???

Can somebody tell me what framerate is??? If possible, can you give a screenshot.. Thank you..

....frame rate is the frames per second at which a game renders on screen. The higher it is..the smoother the game looks..the lower it is...the more like a slide show it looks. For more answers try www.google.com
