You guys are killing me. I've explained this at least ten times in various threads. If you leave the CPU's play as Shooter A, they will run a play to get the SG a shot. If the SG doesn't have an open shot, he will pass back to the point guard. The point guard will then stand around and dribble, then eventually either drive or shoot a jumpshot with less than 5 seconds on the shot clock.
Solution: For God's sake, stop leaving the CPU's default play as Shooter A. It isn't that difficult.
