Convert a unique patch to 07

Last year i downloaded a nice patch from 4th Quarter, because its down I reuploaded it:

Description: Nice Patch which gives Baron Davis a new Cyberface and should give him a T-Shirt(or sth like that).
Now my Question can somebody convert it to 07?
For me that LeBron is wearing it?
