What this thing can do to this game, I can't figure out the difference when it is on or off.

Exactly a completely disfunctional option as one of 07 improvements again

its for the baseline cameras
when off the camera rotates when the other team gets the ball
when on the camera "cuts" or instantly changes when the other team gets the ball
