Game Quality

Okay, so like last month I started a Suns dynasty. Then I was just looking at all the settings for the game and I saw there was a quality option from Low to Medium to High, it was on low so I put it it to high and the quality in all the normal games and Suns dynasty game were all high quality and stuff. Then a couple weeks ago I started a Cavs d, but the quality became low again. Now in all the detail settings for the game, and even when I'm playing a game I change the qual to high, but the quality stays low. I reinstalled too, still low.
