Super Stars don't sub?

I got the patch and I play as Dallas and Terry, Nowitzki, and Howard never get subed out, unless in foul trouble. Their fatigue bar doesn't even go down that much and it restores after each quarter so they don't get subbed because of fatigue. The other stars on the teams I play barely get subbed too. So what do I have to do to get them to sub, because I'm sick and tired of unrealistic stats like 22 rebs or 40+ points a game, because a Star player play the the whole game.

Yeah Wade just scored 62 against me. Only missed 6 shots the whole game too :s

This is two issues:

1. Players with a fatigue rating of 79 or higher simply don't fatigue.
2. People are overrecting, and instead of testing the limits of the substitution slider they set it to 100, this causes the game to make erratic substitutions.
