Charlie Bell CF and Ilyasova/Carroll hair

Sorry if it's been requested already, but I just noticed how horrible Charlie Bell's face is. Generic crap with the wrong headshape...
Also, if anyone can make Matt Carroll and Ilyasova's new hairdos, that'd be great
