LIVE 06/07 graphics are worse than 2005

Do you also think that the nba live 2005 was the best live graphically? (for me it is the best overally but let's focus on the graphics). I mean look at the lightning - in 2005 this was quite similar to the one that next generation consoles get - maybe a little bit bloomy but i liked it, and it was waaaay better then the one in next lives (even or maybe especially after fixes). Player models and faces were also waaay more accurate (i talk about live out of the box... don't consider patches... buit i think that even with patches it was still on the 2005 side). There weren't as many animations, but i think those that were in the game, were much better implemented and balanced - i can't see any superpower moves that will always gain you points. Also player moves/connections between the animations are much more fluent (maybe besides the running animation).

Am i the only one that thinks this way (especially about the lightning and player models)?

If not, than WTF happened? Why did they change things so dramatically?
Isn't it the "let's change anything, even for worse, and then say that it's new and revolutionary - this will sell" mechanizm so loved by ea?

Can you show some picutres to prove your point? I can't remember what 05 looked like...

I think not buddy. Live 07 graphics are worse than Live 06 Graphics but 06 is better than 05's graphics

2001 had the biggest resolution textures and the player models still look good. Lighting, arenas and cyberfaces sucked.

Courts and 3D players in Live 07 are better than all NBA Live...

But Jerseys for Live 07 have terrible textures!
