You'll have to be a bit more patient than that when it comes to a patch request. 
Unfortunately I can't help you out as I'm not a shoe patcher but if one of the talented shoe patchers in the community has some time they might be able to help you out.

They were in the big shoes patch for 06 and those shoes can be used in 07 as well.
