autorun corruption

So NBA Live '07 no longer gives me a nice little autorun screen and tells me something about it needing to close or it being corrupted. Any ideas what caused this and how to fix it? I finally remembered registering with EA would save my cd key so i'm trying to reinstall the game and get back to it....


EDIT: EA was fucking useless, so i took the game back to walmart and exchanged. Lets hear it for return policies that dont really apply!
