error by using the Fly 23's Current Roster Update

using the Fly 23's Current Roster Update(http://www.nba-live.com/download/pafile ... le&id=1126) ,by put all the files to the My Documents\NBA LIVE 07\database\currentdatabase and \workingdatabase and \originaldatabase, in the game all roster up to date,but when try to save ,the game end quit to windows desktop.
anyone can tell me why?
