Question for all NBA Live'ers!

After all official patches have been released, kinks worked out of patches released, fixes put out by third party programmers, utilities created; which is the best pc NBA Live to date? I mean a MUST have!! Consider graphics, gameplay, ease of editing, features, etc...

There's no MUST HAVE!!! NBA LIVE ever... But for me, the best one was 05 probably...

Did they put out a demo for that game?

also, what is the difference in Dynasty mode between the two games (if any)?

It depends, if you play USER VS USER, get NBA LIVE 2007.
This is the best NBA LIVE ever, a must have for a live fan.

But there are minor bugs that bothers me a bit. (weird defense sometimes, some frozen players...) But those bugs are rare... And the games is way playable, and it's damn good !

If you don't play user Vs user, wait for the patch to get it.

If there is no working patch (EA.... ) get NBA LIVE 2005 !

Nba Live 04. Probably the Best live ever. But go get nba 2k7 if u have a console

I'm gonna say NBA Live 2005. The only problem in that game was that during fastbreaks the CPU caught up too fast, but that problem can be dulled down by playing round with sliders. Also I think almost all of the modern Lives have had this problem. NBA Live 2004 was extremely good, but I don't think it as impressive graphically. Avoid all the freestyle superstar shit and go with the older games.

P.S, Not sure about 04, but 05 also has current roster updates

For me, Live 2000 was wonderful, I was playing it whole 3 years. I still sometimes launch that game and go through all the 25 seasons in several hours, not playing, but just simming.

From the recently ones, I prefer NBA Live 06

after i installed the patch yesterday, i must say that NBA Live07 is great
better then 06 or 05 (with the patch)

i just finished a game with my brother (on the same team both)
and it's great, very realistic (hope i wrote it correct)

if there was no patch i would say that i enjoyed 05,06 more then 07
but the patch working great and i'm happy:-)

My first NBA Live was 04, it was pretty fun. Then, I got 05. This game was great. I played it so much I finally got sick of it. About a week ago, I got 07. I think this game is very fun despite the bugs. I'd say Live 05 was the best so far.

I found NBA LIVE 2005 for $7.00 US. Maybe I'll pick it up!! If I'm not mistaken, it is the only Live that has an editor that permits roster movement.

i think live 04 was good too, didnt have many major gameplay issues, and it was good fun

av0930, i would say 07 even with all bugs! i must say that the game has more improves than bugs! so go get 07! yeah 05 was good, but it's a great differense between 05 and 07! so get both!

I didn't play 06 that much and played 05 alot. 06 had a bit overpowering superstars and 05 had it's problems regarding balanced gameplay. I'd have to say 07 is the best since it has

a) balanced freestyle and superstars
b) improved sliders effect
c) best dynasty to date (with a weak simulation engine out of the box, but that's the case with all of Live's)
d) rewarding gameplay with alot less -cheap hotspots- as in previous Lives (ala 'pro hop' overpowering features, superstars from 06)
e) best commentary to date

It has it's bugs and problems and I miss replays and the like, but someone said it quite correctly when the game came out that 'Live 07 is the best Live to date with the worst bugs to date'

I have '07, its just that I wanted to know how good the previous versions were compared to it. Thanks for the info.

Sorry But what that momentum display means?

It means how "hot" is the team .If the momentum is high the team can make a big scoring run and win the game,you know just like in real games ..
