anyone else unable to install patch?

I downloaded the new patch and uninstalled/reinstalled Live 07--but the patch begins to install and then I get a dialog which states something about an old file not matching the contents and so it won't install. Am I the only one encountering this? I went back and got the beta patch and it installs smoothly, but the new one, even with a new install won't complete.

If anyone has a method please let me know--thanls.
