Automatic Subs PLEASE HELP!!!!

i've gone completely blank regarding how to set the subs to go off on there own during a game

automatic subs that's what i'm after

I believe that is an issue with the game that the upcoming patch is to resolve. Probably best to have a look at some of the bug and patch related threads stickied at the top to find more info.
