game is laggy

Postby Mario on Wed Oct 25, 2006 3:06 pm

hi,

I was wondering why my fps are so choppy in live 07...my average fps (tested with fraps) is 60(min 50 max 75)...i cant hit nuttin because of the low fps.
Is there a way to tweak this for live 07 without reducing graphics quality??
Im at maximum detail...(windows anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering at max).
I dont want to reduce the quality in order to get better fps so is there a way to fix this?

I'd help if you provide your specs.
Either way, make sure you have vsync disabled, it's typically a fps killer. And of course the regular stuff, defragment, make sure you have the latest drivers for all your components and that no program is running in the background, blah blah blah.....
I agree that Live 07 is surprisingly slow and laggy, even with a pretty decent system. It's certainly not as optimized as it should be.
