Custom Speech File

I was really hoping a decent patcher with a bit of spare time could help me out and create a sound file for my name 'Marcus Olsen'. Like, i want Marv/Kerr/PA Announcer or whoever else to say it. I know this is possible, hoping someone can do it. If you could also include details on how to use/install it in my game that would be greatly appreciated. Over time i really want to get a CF and player profile image in the game as well. I guess this is the first step. Thanks.
