team chemistry

hmm...i still see/feel no effect on my team when this changes. is it just for looks EA or does it truly affect teams? Also. you would think college players/players who are friends in real life (For instance, lets say gordon and okafor, or deron williams and dee brown) would have good chemistry towards one another but apparently is not the case...i'm curious if anyones found true effects of the team chemistry and whether or not it just randomly assigns values to your players...

I think that once you start your dynasty the chemisty is based more on real life. I have tried playing with the Nuggets and besies Kmart everything looks real to me. BY EA's thing it seems as if Kmart loves it in Denver . Anyway, by what I have heard, the chemistry simply cahnges players workethic and primacy, that may be wrong though.

i'm 4 years into my dynasty (been doing alot of sim) deron williams wanted to leave phoenix for roster stability, he eventually resigned (and i'm like 40 million over cap but oh well) but i didnt know what the hell he was talking about. Then, i look, and the chemistry between him and dee is still terrible. The same is also true for luther/dee/deron. I know for a fact these guys are friends and still hang out, hell i ran into them the other night. so i'm really wondering if the chemisty means anything at all or if its another EA ploy to distract from the bugginess
