How the hell do u reorder the roster in the dynasty mode?

Mon Oct 09, 2006 11:19 am

Is there a way all i see is player rotation and the inactive list...

I think the guy with the most playing time, is the starter. I think.

It is player rotation there should be " assign playing time" and "assign starters" or something like that .It took me a second to firgure it out also,it seems to me like it's and unnecessary feature to add to the game but whatever.

ps: you adjust the slider bars(in player rotation option) to assign starters

Are you kiding? the playing time is probly one of the best additions to the game.

i really would like the re-order the roster. Sometime it has nothing to do with the playing
time at all. I just want to re-order them for convinience. It's really annoying.

My point exactly,i like to change it up often but it's too annoiying too this year so i've only changed the rotation a few times. plus subs dont work like they up abouce said

I traded for a player that had 77 rating, and he ended up at the bottom of my roster, he was the highest rated player at PF for my team, and I cant even get him to play. Hes not even on reserve.

This no reorder feature is bullshit.

you can change the inactive list so that he'll be in the 12 men roster instead of the inactive list

Its when you sim a game not when you play it.

i dont see why the starters screen has a % set to it though. i like the playing time thing, thats good, but why add a % to the starters screen?

You can view the entire team roster (including the inactive list) if you go into the Roster Management and then the Inactive List; however it's not all that great since you can't swap places or anything between two players on the active roster, but only between a player on the IR list and one on the active roster. That's a thing that I miss in this years game...

Sauru: I've used it once or twice. It's not all that useful really, but if you have two more or less equal players, I find it good for them to start about the same amount of times, that way it makes it easy and more fair to compare their performances... Not a necessary feature by any means, but why not right?

Subs DO work wen u simulate though... which would be the only real tiem u need that

Tue Oct 10, 2006 11:02 pm

i hate this feature. i cant start j oneil at center and granger at PF. somehow jo is is not eligible for center play. i hate this!

Because he either hasn't any start percentage left or you have assigned that position's start percentage 100% to some other player.

For example, if Jeff Foster is assigned 100% to C position, then you need to get it to 0% and instead get Jermaine O'Neal's starting percentage to 100% (be sure that JO doesn't use his starting percentage to any other position, otherwise you will not be able to assign 100% to the center position).

Then do so for whatever player you like.
