Season Simulation: Forwards dominate, Why cant Guards?

Mon Oct 09, 2006 12:03 am

Everytime i simulate a season forwards are the ones with enough stats to win mvp honors, but guards dont even make the mvp candidate list. i cant even get kobe to hit 25 ppg with his primacy at 99 and his teamates' primacy toned down abit.

does any one know how to solve this?thanks

In simmed season tests, Kobe averaged under 10 PPG and under 5 shots per game, and no adjestments to his team or his ratings made a difference.

Yet in played games, guards dominate

the solution: alternate between played and simmed games. the numbers will even out perfectly.

Primacy is adjusted during simulation

I just noticed that the primacy for every player is adjusted on the team during simulation of a season, especially when a player gets injured or returns. thats probably y.
