3pt Contest shooting form?

I know signature shots are reserved for Next Gen, but IIRC didn't Live '06 have several different shooting forms in the 3pt Contest? I remember taller contestants shooting more over their heads, while shorter contestants had more of a push shot. Every contestant seems to have the same shooting form in '07.

Did EA actually take that out of the game, or was my imagination screwing with me in '06?

yeah your right, there does seem to be less jump shot in the 3pt shootout, but that's the least of your troubles in this 'so called game'

Its not that I really care about the different animations, but come on. Give me a good reason why that should be left out, if it was included in LAST YEAR's GAME? They really screwed the pooch on this one. You dont want to change what works then fine, but removing what works? Yuck.

The fact is.. EA just FUCKED us up!! they made a game not worthy for what we have paid for.. I think they just released in a hurry without reviewing every single part of the game..

Actually they do have a few different shots in the game. I have channing frye and and antonio mcdyess on my franchise squad, and their jumpshots are indeed different. Channing's is an awkward kind of windup shot, sans Marcus camby, toe pointed inwards and everything. McDyess, jumper is a lot more traditional. Which makes the lack of different jumpshots in 3pt contest even more baffling, and more frustrating. playing this game is like hearing your best friend and your ex-girlfriend having sex in the room next to you. Hurtful, to say the least.

There is no signature shots in Nba Live '07, like it was in live '05, and '06. In Live '05, and '06 players like Ray Allen, Dirk Nowitzki, Peja Stojakovic...was shooting like in their real life, and it was good. And here is '07, they removed it...why ?
Now, they're all shooting the same...so stupid..
