CPU Substitutions!!!

How do I get the CPU-team to substitute their players when they get fatigued? (I'm playing it on PS2 if that makes a difference)
Everytime I play a game the CPU-team never substitutes. I sort of like realistic-ness when I play. Is there a way to fix this problem? On NBA Live 06 there was a fatigue meter you could fix, which isn't on Live 07.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This is a bug which EA made and cannot fix unless they release a patch but for ps2 and xbox owners ur stuffed
