problem about tactics

i' going to annoy you with this but:
1) with the keyboard the buttons 1 2 3 4 not working during the game..i also try to change the button but is the same problem
2) i also tried with gamepad..but is the same problem...
please can you tell me how you call the pick and roll or the post up???
