How to change superstar type in game?

my analog joystick controller doesent have the R3 button that the game tutorial video says press r1 and r3 to changge superstar type into various types of skills best fit for current game situations ,so what can i do ?

does FSS trigger + offball work with keyboard?

It dosen`t work neither with my gamepag nor with my keyboard
