lighting problem

in my live 07 for pc i can't turn the lighting on it stays off wat can i do to turn it on and is there anything i can to do enhance the graphics besides turning the detail al the way up like is there a patch or something?

Its not the fault of the game for not being able to turn lighting on, its your graphics card not being good enough to enable, I used to have the same problem but then got a new card and now I can enable lighting. Your only solution is to get a better graphics card
