Cant install game...

The problem is, when I am instaling game, it gets to 4% and then the window jumps on, and it says:
''Problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'audio\speach\gamespch\english\xpchdat.fcd' from the media. Do you want to retry to copy the file or cancel instalination?''
Can anyone please help me? And tell me whats wrong?

The same thing happened to me when I tried to install. Just take the DVD out and try again. . . . however if you DVD is defective like I think mine is it could ruin your DVD drive.

Also, try cleaning it.
