WHY nba live 07 is considered the best in terms of gameplay?

hello guys, i'm back after a few matches on nba live 07..so because many of you write about the game ..now is my turn:

why this game is (As many of you say ) the best nba live cause its gameplay?

i can sure you that the emotion to have today this game was very very high, especially becouse i read all the posts and the enthusiastic words about the GAMEPLAY:

MAH!! , I'M CRAZY BOH..but i can say that this is the worst nba live since this series was born...

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CONTROL OF YOUR PLAYERS..they seems to skating on the parquet like NHL PLAYERS...but this is nothing if you consider that REBOUNDS, STEALS, DRIBBLE AND MANY OTHER THINGS DESTROY THE GAME

for it was incredible to see this level of gamplay, probably 06 is better than this 07 ...i can say that the discussion is about what of these 06 or 07 is the worst?

probably 07 is the worst

1) players skating on the floor
2) luck of defensive play
are too many..and i'm getting bored about

AH ANOITHER BIG THING...THE OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE TACTICS DO NOT WORK

I've played both NBA Live and also NBA 2k7.. and to tell u the truth NBA LIve has better game play not just because im an EA fan but, its the honest truth... Ive seen people post stats from there 2k7 games and how the he** does kobe score 162 pts???? if that doesnt say something about the game then i dont kow what will.. (Its tooo da** easy) Nba live 07, there will be a def prob scoring 162 pts with the defense that live has it will be difficult.. Players look great on Live compared to 2k.. only downfall to me about live is the DUNKS.. thats about it... if I had to rate the game I would give it an 8.3...

hmm i read exactly the opposite about nba2k7. i've read guys getting 105-102 scores on double overtime 12 minute games and the like... i haven't tried it out though, don't own a xbox360.

To be honest as big a piece of crap as 07 has turned out to be the new defensive scheme works a lot better than the older one, what you have to do is learn to lay off the opposing point guard a bit though and not pressure him the minute the ball is inbounded, get back to your side of the court and then start pressuring him when he crosses the line.

are you sure your playing 2k7 and live 07, or are you playing 2k5 and live 05, because its clear to see from playing live 07 and 2k7 that 2k7 is hands down better. your making a complaint about some one who said that they scored 162 on nba 2k7 with kobe; obviously they were hawking and trying to prove a point that the raptors was the worst team on nba 2k7, i'm pretty sure you can do the same with kobe on nba live if you wanted to. i think your one of those die hard live fans who think that you actually made the game. its just a video game if 2k7 is better that nba live admit it instead of saying stupid things like, i dont like 2k7 because vince carter cant windmill from the three point line

Are you sure they were not just playing Live 2003 on rookie mode.

i'm pretty sure you can do the same with kobe on nba live if you wanted to.

Have fun trying to get in the lane and dunking/layup on Live 07 like they did in that 2K7 video.

In terms of the final product the 2k series finally managed to beat out Live in terms of producing a better game this year.

2k7 is hands down better than Live 07. That doesn't change the fact that 2k7 still suffers from some poor passing animations, dull dunks, and lame commentary, but a few major bugs in Live this year have really ruined the game...

I bought 2k7 on 360 yesterday and it was worth it! About scoring so many points, I understand what you mean but its true, its the Raptors, you can score a lot against them! I scored 120pts with Kobe against the Raptors in a 12 min quarter game but I did it for the achievement points. But this game is far harder to score in than Live. You cannot score too much unless you go overtime, my average usually in 2k7 for 5 min quarter game is 50-65 pts. And I went 3 OT's 5 min quarter game with my friend today Lakers vs Mavs, I (LA) won like 98 to 94 so obviously it's not easy to score many pts in this game. This 2k7 is far more fun in terms of gameplay than Live. If 2k made 2k7 for PC a lot of people here would switch to 2k for sure. Gameplay is as realistic as it has ever gotten in 2k7.

He was tryin to unlock the wilt chamberlain xboxlive achievement therefore intentionally tried to score 100+ with kobe

Those are not the actual posters posting, those are EA's marketing guys.
