(in exhibition matches )
second , in all-star game mode do we have this ? but previous year
that was ridiculuous .


third in dynasty mode , can we improve our player's abilities ?

I haven't seen the backboard dunks yet, but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist anymore, but it probably means it's significantly less

I don't play all star games, at least i'm not there yet

We can train the players like in 06 to increase the ratings. Get a good assistant coach.

To address the first question, you can never throw alley-oops off the backboard to other people, only to yourself. I suppose if you clicked the right analog stick to throw one off the backboard (only in All-Star game), you could then switch to another player and try to finish it off, but this would be extremely difficult to pull off.
