Can't go back to Dynasty Menu after game

After I finish playing a game in the PC version of NBA 07 in Dynasty it doesn't take me back to Dynasty it shuts down the game itself and it doesn't allow me to save the game I just played. I guess we can add this to the list .

edit: I didn't see that other thread. Maybe it's not just you. I already moved this before I saw it, so go ahead and post that you're having the same issue there, and this one will get locked.
