Online League?

Is there an online league around here anywhere that you guys like to set up? Since I bought this game for my PC and I'm stuck with it (the substitution bug bothers me), I was thinking I could still get mileage out of my game if there were an online league to participate in. So if you guys don't have any out there, I say we start one?
Who would be interested?
PS..I dont know how to set one up...it's been a while since I played Live for PC.
