Nice video
Are the current-gen game commentators going to have emotions like in this video?

I don't believe that was in-game commentary.

What? You think that than a player makes a sick dunk it is better then they say: t-mac for 2. and then steve starts talking some nonsence shit like he always do.
It's better with the emotions.

I wish Pc version would be at least half as good as next-gen. Anyway this video looks great , seems really realistic to me - http://youtube.com/watch?v=QUcWYSjsQbg& ... ed&search=.

If commentary was like that then the game certainly wouldn't be authentic and just plain stupid. Who would want to hear 16 year olds who are in the process of growing their pubes talk about T-Mac's shoes and other stupid crap?

Yea it should have more emotions, but not like that. Your telling me you'd rather hear kids screaming "BOARDS, REBOUND, BALL BALL, SHOOT IT", or "do you like the Houston R rocket logo, cause if you haven't seen it, it's right here" in a nerdy geek voice.

i'm not talking about the shoes :D I mean than a player makes a sick dunk. Well you know how it be in the real life than someone dunks, blocks or whatever does, there is some reaction to that action, not just a reply like: wade, 2 points... :)
Something like that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Woob-z1 ... ed&search=

Nice, I jsut checked these forums after months and this was posted today!
Nice to see new media and the T-Mac commercial.

I think it would be better if they had commercials with the actual T-Mac in it though.

And no crap Adam Morrison commercials, he isn't the cover athlete.

I wish nba live had Kevin Calabro for the commentary.

Put you mouse over his picture in the top left.

didt they say that the layers had awareness? why is KAMAN looking away from Tmac in a defensive stance while Tmac is dunking on Maggette? He shouldat least be looking at the ball. Didint they make a fuss about it at E3?

At least they've got a bug out of the game (scoring a 3 pointer altough the player touched the line - a common bug in 06) plus a big (Y) to being able to see the replay of the last shot

But c'mon, it is Kaman.

I played last years Live 06 NG and loved it, just because of the graphics. I imported the PC Action Sliders and played the game as if it were NBA Street. As long as all the players still look amazingly like themselves I will be sold on this game.
Opinions are my own.

ehm....no.....the live next gen last year was okay, but not great. It was closer to live 05 than live 06.

But i think 90% of the peeps here would disagree with you on just the graphics and no gameplay. NBA street and NBA jam get boring after 2 days or a week tops.

just different preferences for different people.

I play the current gen on PC with the action Sliders and I use Jimmy's unrealistic Version 3 aiact.

I could care how simulated a game feels, I find 2k's boring because its too slow sometimes. My Madden games usually end with scores in the 70s and 80s, NHL games with goals over 10 for each team, and my Live scores are usually well over 100 with a player like Tmac with 50 and my PG with 20 assists and no points.

Like I said tho, its just my preference, Im not wrong and Im not saying anyone else is wrong either.

(BTW, in my wait for NBA Live 07 these past couple weeks I played all three street games straight through and had a blasty blast with it. Shit I even went out and kinda enjoyed street hoops (dont worry I only paid $2 for it).)
Opinions are my own.
