Play NBA Live in English can be very expensive....!

Hi everyone,
I live in France, and I wanted to know how could I get NBA Live (PC) in english ?!?!!
(No problem with the xbox360, we can choose the language.)
Amazon.com (or the others) just won't deliver electronic devices across the atlantic, so I'm stuck with a french version which...sucks.... !
So the only solution I thought of, was to take a plane, go to NY or LA and buy it myself !
So I can get NBA LIVE 07 for 2000$ !!!
That's a deal !!!!
No seriously, does anyone has a solution ?
I don't want to hack the game, 'cause the work EA's done has to be rewarded. (I know it may sound corny, but, that 's the way I feel...)

Find someone you can trust here to buy it for you and ship it. I'd probably do it for you if you could paypal me the money or something. I'm sure someone here would vouch that I could be honest about it. =P

You don't have to go all over to America to buy it.Maybe order it from EA sports or get that EA downloader thingy.You could also get it in a smaller country in Europe,Slovenia

Dont you have any firms in France, who has offices in USA, i'm from a very very little country, Estonia, and we have a firm "Netikuller". They have a office in USA, and I have bought it throught this!

Delete locale.fre and gameloc.fre in EA Sports/NBA Live XX/loc
Then just rename locale.eng as locale.fre and gameloc.eng as gameloc.fre
Enjoy your game in english!

couldnt he get someone to send him the locale.eng and gameloc.eng files from a english version of the game, and he could move his french versions out of the game directory and put the english ones in and rename them locale.eng and gameloc.eng?

Why should it be illegal? Is the installation of a cyberface or a portrait file illegal? That's patching of NBA Live, nothing else...

God not this shit again, the problem is that the game is usually leaked on the internet in Chinese or something and people download it then come here saying stuff like "My dad went to China yesterday and bought me an advanced copy of NBA Live, but it's in Chinese! How do I change the language" which pisses us all off, so can we just not discuss the language files please.

changing the locale doesn't translate the commentator anyway. most online stores ship it overseas anyway.
oh and if you don't care about having the box and the manual i think there's a an EA download store where you could pay for the game and download it legally. i read in some madden forum that some people bought their game this way.

What are you talking about? You can change the language in every NBA Live version! Not only chinese... MLG33 wanted to have an english version although he can only buy french NBA Live. Where is it illegal? He will pay (I hope that

For clarification, if you must discuss how to change the language of your LEGAL copy of NBA Live, please don't do it on this forum.
We've had alot of problems in the past with such issues.
Please either figure out how to buy the correct language of NBA Live 07 for yourself or discuss this elsewhere. Thanks.
