From what I've read, you can assign one player before the game to be the X-factor. Maybe someone can back me up on that fact?

No, I believe the CPU assigns the X-Factor player, not the user. I'm not sure if every team has one.....

I think they shouldn't, and some teams could have two...... depending on there rotation. That would be realistic. Like..... Spurs could have Horry as an X-Factor Shooter, and Brent Barry as a shooter X-Factor. Some teams could have none if the roster doesn't suit?

Well that's how I think it should be.

Player's I have seen so far as x-factor players:

Heat: walker
Mavs: Harris
Spurs: Horry

Tis all I can think of now :|

It's based on the Clutch rating. I'm pretty sure every team has at least one X-Factor player.

The X-Factor feature has been described in-depth elsewhere, including [cheap plug] my Community Day recap post. [/cheap plug] ;)

I think X-factor is for someone that doesn't start for the team,
andn therefore Prince should not be one
But I may be wrong.....

Pretty much. They're generally players who are borderline star players so if they've been kept in the offense throughout the game they will be able to temporarily utilise FSS moves. They don't have any FSS moves by default.

I have one more question:
If X-factor is assigned by the computer before every game starts,
will some teams have different players as X-factor at different games?
If it is true, then our subsitution would really depends on the computer's decision.
Is that right?

I have a question : Can one player have two X-Factors , I mean can Nocioni be X-Factor as shooter and as Inside Scorer? And Can one player have X- FActor as etc. shooter and also be star as ect. Scorer?? And last question: Is X- Factor also in defence??

No, an X-Factor player is always capable of unlocking his X-Factor status during a game (ie he's kept in the flow of the offense and is in rhythm come crunch time). It's based on the Clutch rating so it's not something that's randomly assigned.

I believe he'll acquire whichever Star moves he's closest to qualifying for.
