Team Finances for Owner Mode Wishlist

Hey all,

Being a finance guy, I would love the Live series to estabish a subset of factors that influence proper management of an NBA team. This could be included in an owner mode along with the current player and GM modes during a Dynasty. Users would be able to:
-Influence the location of a Franchise, being able to relocate to a different market.
-Stadium design, capacity etc.
-Monitor attendance, for your own team, other teams and league averages etc.
-Adjust prices for your team's merchandice.
-Adjust prices for tickets (inc. season tix), floor seats, boxes etc.
-Adjust prices for parking,food, team advertising (to increase attendance)
-Negotiate with Networks for TV broadcasting rights (espn, abc, national/international broadcasts increaing team's popularity)
-Negotiate with city officials for city funding (bonds, taxes)
-Owners spending on new facilities (gym, locker room, team planes) all influencing players to join the team.
-managing the profitability or collapes of a franchise.
-managing the marketing rights to stadiums, (fed-ex, quicken,AA)
-create team colors, mascots, branding and icons

I love games like sim-city and the like, so sim-franchise would be great along with a great dynasty and gameplay modes.

What comments or additional factors would you include?
