Are they finally realistic in way that their heights and weights are reasonable for their position? Better names? and does the commentary call them by their name? or by number? which is really annoying.

Not really, they'll still hav some very random things, like a 6'8 C, Takaguro Ichikawara will be from Sweden, but in Dynasty before starting the staff signing you hav an option of redoing the 2006 NBA Draft, with Bagnani, Aldridge, Morrison, etc there.

From what I saw at the conference it is somewhat improved this year as far as heights go although just as in real life there will be some undersized/oversized players. There's also a database of 550 common surnames that will be used for generated rookies instead of calling them by their jersey number.

Hooray. That was my biggest bugbear of 06. As we all know later on in the dynasty you had number five passing it to number forty seven etc.

I would be good idea to have "Potential" as a rating. So it gives players more trade value if the they have high potential and I always hated having to try to remember which players had an Excellent Potential rating from the past Draft.
