Scouting Bug for NBA Live 07, like in 06?

Well, I think this definately need to be asked for an EA Sports official...

But let me explain:

I was playing the game, simulating 3 quarters and playing the 4th. I was already scouted like 10 rookies etc. Then I go and sign Predrag Drobnjak.

Ok, so what's up with that? Well, after this, when I got into the "scout draft class" screen, guess what? The rookies were all gone and it was Drobnjak there, instead of them, AS A ROOKIE. Also, you couldn't scout any rookies because there were none of them.

So I said "well this is a ... nasty bug..." and started another Dynasty. Then after some going through the calendar and scouting like 5 rookies, I enter the draft rookie class and what do I see? A 0'0, 0 lbs player with no name. No players to scout... Kinda strange, ain't it?

I load back my "Drobnjak Rookie Dynasty" and I think "well, maybe it all comes clear at the end of the season and the rookies reappear at the draft day".

So I simulate all the way up to the draft day. Guess what? Instead of rookies, I was getting FREE AGENTS to sign for! The other teams (CPU Controlled) were getting rookies, but I was only able to sign free agents as... rookies. So I "drafted" Derrick Coleman and under his name there was "Drafted in 2006 by Charlotte Bobcats".

Now to the point. Are these STUPID AND EXTREMELY (actually, I won't pla y dynasty again in NBA Live 06) going to stop for NBA Live 07? And did it happen to anyone else?

If that happend you could've just edited the DBF and rookies would still be there. This never happend to me, the only time I had McKie's all over the draft board is when I erased all comp. generated rookies.

Well, then it seems that this is what happens, for some strange reason. But keep in my it's not only that, it happened to be either a free agent, a 0'0, 0 lbs "player" or nothing at all. Kinda strange, ain't it?

I haven't encountered that one myself, though needless to say I hope it's not in NBA Live 07.

i have had that many times...
and here is the thing
i had fred jones on my team. and i saw him in the draft thing..so i drafted him..now i have 2 fred jones on my team rite? so i thought meh i might as well trade the drafted one for some other people..so then i trade him and later i see i dont have the old fred jones on my team..so yeah it is messed. and btw the jones i drafted had ratings that you would start off with at the begginning of the dynasty, which was dif than my fred jones since my fred jones has got better from assistant coaches

Haha strange stuff indeed, unfortunately very annoying stuff as well. Does anyone has any ideea about why is this happening? We definately look like Star Trek misteries here...
