NBA Live 07 Draft Day Commercial Release

Some of you may be wondering why the draft day commercial for Live 07 has not been released yet even though it said check back June 23 for it.

Obviously, it's already June 23 and its still not up, but I talked to one of the mods at EA and they said it will be up later tonight. EA is still working on updating the site.

So just sit tight and wait for it. The suspense is building!

I'm having the same problem.

There's nothing to see anyway, just a bunch of bs on Adam Morrison and nothing on Live 07 like EA promised.

Once the video loads you have to press the play button. It looks like its grayed out so you cant press it, but it'll work, just click the play button after the loading bar goes a bit.

those morrison videos are disturbing, theres something about him that freaks me out

I think he could have made the nicknames better. Howabout "The Diggler" or "Doctor Mustacheo" (instead of Mr. Mustacheo)

btw i tot that they will release the in game video today?

Nope, it was somewhat misleading. But that's what EA had in mind I guess.

This is what I posed on the NBA Live 07 forums concerning this, the mods there are somewhat conncted with the dev/EA team.

Hmm, yeah. No offense, but that was a pretty weak update.
Not to be rude, but I don't think the majority of people looking to see the Draft Day Commercial on the Live 07 website want to see videos of Adam Morrison. I mean, he's not even in the NBA yet, nor is he the cover athlete.
Something like those videos plus behind the scenes commercial and photo shoots with T-Mac would have been more fitting at the least.

On the other hand, I can see where EA may be coming from. They did say "Draft Day" commercial so that's why Adam Morrision is all over the place. But yeah, most people just find it shocking that there is nothing really that captivating as far as the videos go. Most people looking to play NBA Live play it for the cover athlete and superstars in the NBA, not rookies who haven't been drafted yet. If they wanted Adam Morrison, they would probably be viewing the NCAA March Madness 06 site right now. That's just my opinion, take it as you will.

It was a good post you made there. Hope they're have some feedback and actually stop hyping the game and not showing the real thing. Or maybe we should wait... We're being a little too rushy here, last year they showed us videos like in July...August?

i guess 30 minutes later you are allowed to post another comment in a row, instead of editing your first one.

yes. people by that amount of time may have read the first comment, but not notice an edit.

Yeah the double post was intended to notify people of an updated. Many would have just read it, not replied, and if I simply edited first post, most would not be aware of the site being updated.
