dynasty training

i have always wanted them to scrap the current training modes and involve a "real" one. Like going onto the practice court and actuallt shooting around, they would design some kick ass strategy around it! i still expect to see something like this in the coming years!

that would be nice. maybe something like madden's training camp, where you have to complete or pass a challenge, then are awarded some points you can add to the player's rating.
Maybe a shoot-consecutive-threes drill. or score against the team's dominant center. or nail consecutive free throws. you know... you can raise your stats in training camp depending on how well you play the game. this could be a sort of minigame mode, on the side, as well as a great part of dynasty mode.

Drills and tasks would be far more interesting, certainly less random. At the same time, there would have to be limits to the effectiveness of training and the individual drills to prevent the cheap strategy of taking a player, finding a way to have him succeed at everything and develop unrealistically.

Drills and stuff would be great for once you can make you player better or worse and it isn't done by some cpu simulation.

Definately wouldn't want what happened in 2004 with players decreasing in rating after practice. Maybe not going anywhere in my option. The only thing in Madden is that you can only train 1 individual player on a 45-50 man roster. I think it would be hard trying to run drills for the entire team without doing each player individually. You get it? I dunno how they would do it but they make the big bucks and I don't so... (Y)

I would love a lot of training modes, not just to get your players skills better, but also to improve your own skills.. Like dunking, dunking should not be so easy, espacially not the superstardunks.. Some dribble challenges and so on..

You should be able to make your own psychotactics :D
