i've spent half of the day trying to find if other ea-brand gaming communities succeeded to edit in-game (not frontend) font, .ffn files, to be more specific....unfortunatelly, results are worse than useless :
- if you put .ttf files instead of .ffn - the game will crash (renaming .ttf to .ffn would do the same)
- however, there is one solution - to collect .ffn files, originally made by EA SPORTS from various game titles/series...unfortunatelly...none of the fonts fit to that scoreboard (actually i myself had to make a brand new font).

if anybody could make such font editing days brighter, don't hesitate to reply....

i've contacted arushan (author of oedit) and he said that nobody has been able to crack .ffn format...so no happy news...

I read your methods above on how you tried to replace the fonts. I did them with 06, and I wasn't able to change the fonts on the scoreboard.

Sorry for the bad news but can you release it as is for those of us who like it as is.

i'm not going to release any of my patches in some 2 weeks span that's for sure...but after that i may drop something if i'm in the right mood...and it may be more than just a scoreboard or plain euro legends...however, it may be not

You people need to be patient, Christ. He'll release it when he wants to, and not a moment sooner. Doesn't common sense sort of lead you down that path? So stop badgering the poor guy, and let him enjoy making his patch.

My apologies for making a statement that would lead people down the wrong path or be viewed as badgereing. Some confuse encouragement to continue a good idea with impatience. Release it when and if you want to. I was just simply saying that I appreciate your good idea and hope that you wouldn't let the challenges you face hold you back. Patchers like you are the reason that we keep buying games that we know will not meet our expectations at the start. Keep up the good work. I say that for all past, present and future patchers.

It looks as the patch is going to be very very awsome! The legends' CFs looks very good and the portraits is very appropriate and good. Really nice work UltraNIX !

I have some remarks about S.Marciulionis. I think his eyes is a little too swelled or something and it doesn't look natural. Also, his lips and moustache in reality is a little in different shape. And I dont like his forehead, it looks colourful not in a good sense. However, this Marciulionis's CF is the most alike to real between any others I have seen (with this I have seen 2 ).

eyes, lips, moustache (though moustache could be fixed) are like that because of the headshape....forehead...i intend to fix blending a bit, because with jimmy's lightning i'm not quite satisfied with it...and forehead is like this because i had to mix headshape with different player's hair...so it's sometimes off..but ingame it looks realistic..even from the far angles..

As usual, UltraNIX comes with awesome work. Great NBC scoreboard especially.
