It wouldn't suprise me if the screens were Live06 too actually. It just looks too familiarly ugly.

Just wondering, where is that Tim guy (I think that's his name). He used to run this site or something and is now apart of the EA NBA Live team. He seemed like a pretty cool guy from the thing's I have read, we should get him here for another interview sort of thing, just an idea.

Considering EA has sent us the 'current' generation pics and that we are more or less PC oriented community, I'd presume that we're getting last year's graphic engine (I'm not bitching, just discussing). It's fine with me, as long as realism, gameplay and dynasty are improved.

Well SHAFT23, I owe you a retraction. Turns out the video was indeed from NBA Live 06. So, my apologies for the error but the literature accompanying all the media identified the video as being from NBA Live 07.

The screenshots however are from the current-gen version of NBA Live 07.

The video is a waste fo time. Its from 06, and has no sound. If you want to see the next gen live 06 in action, search for it on gamespot or ign.

As has been mentioned a few times now (as well as in the original post since I edited it), the video has been removed because it was not actually meant to be posted. It was sent to us mislabelled as NBA Live 07 footage when it's actually a rough cut taken from NBA Live 06. It is no longer available.

Knowing now that that video is the XBOX360 version of Live 06, I must wonder what in the world they thought they were releasing for 360 players- that's just awful. And no dynasty mode, eh?

Those screenshots are alright, and as Jugs (I think) said- good, maybe they're working on dynasty/gameplay improvement instead of graphics.
