i dont think that i can afford that kind vcard at this time...my allowance can only afford a 3.2k 9550gt...but if you can hook me up w/ a 6600 w/ a price range of 3.2k - 4k only....heheheh(meron bng ngbebenta sa dvo sale???) :lol: :lol:

howd you know im from davaosale?lols? youre creepy huh, search at davaosale or tipidpc, i think may secondhand 6600 vanilla dun at that price range, im optimistic na meron since the 7300gt/7600gs AGP are and they should push the 6600 prices lower.. :P :D

was it able to run nba live 06? if yes then it can (most probably) run 07

Fri Aug 25, 2006 2:58 am

ok good since it could run 06 in maximum just no lighting

Hopefully, my anticipations are wrong... :)

That hasn't happened since then. I can't blame you for being skeptical but it's definitely coming out on PC and it's slated to ship the same time as the other Current Gen versions.

i think thats because your integrated video does not have shaders, i highly suggest getting a video card though so you will be able to play NBA live with all its glory :)

Not immediately but the announcement was made much earlier than a month prior to the release.

Sat Aug 26, 2006 5:37 pm

so 02 was announced as a PC game then EA removed it month prior to release? ooops hopefully they will release 07 on PC...

@biamax, davaoeño here din bro

Sat Aug 26, 2006 5:58 pm

No, as I said the announcement was made much earlier than a month prior to the release. I can't remember if NBA Live 2002 was ever officially announced for PC but the announcement that it wouldn't be coming out on PC didn't come this late. There's nothing to worry about as far as NBA Live 07 PC is concerned.

sorry for going OT andrew, but the pic on your sig..is that a scene from "scrubs"?

Sat Aug 26, 2006 7:18 pm

It is indeed. From the Season Two episode "My Kingdom" to be precise.

Sat Aug 26, 2006 7:55 pm

@andrew

lols, i noticed coz i got a dvd collection of "scrubs" :)

@biamax28

whats your Davaosale name?

to all, anyone got a screenshot of NBA 07 on PC?
say, even if PC is currentgen, then we might have to psh it to highest res we can and force highest AA and Af that our Pcs can handle then..so im thinking maybe at 1280X1024, 8xS Aa and 16xAf, the PC version, even at currentgen will be a LOT better than the other curentgen versions (Ps2 and Xbox)

hopefully too, the PC has sort of the procedural awareness and footplanting and the same gameplay depth as the next gen..then ill be contented..till 08

Sat Aug 26, 2006 8:05 pm

I wouldn't get your hopes up there. NBA Live 07 will be the same on all Current Gen platforms though the PC version might look slightly better (as in years past) and allow saving of boxscores and screenshots.

Sat Aug 26, 2006 8:07 pm

so not even a "sort of" procedural awareness and footplanting tech?

so we only get the same as 06 then with better gameplay i presume?

Sat Aug 26, 2006 8:11 pm

I wouldn't call Current Gen merely a better NBA Live 06 but yes, since PC is still classified as Current Gen it will feature the same restrictions as the PS2 and Xbox versions (even though as you've pointed out a high end PC should be able to handle a Next Gen port).

Sat Aug 26, 2006 8:16 pm

as long as they make the gameplay better then ill be contented...better than none..im still playing 05 now as i like the postures and movements in 05 over 06

I wouldn't say so. NBA Live 06 Xbox version had normal mapping and PC version was without that feature (which is a pretty basic effect to handle even for old GeForce 3 cards).
