you need a db commander and if you're using my 97/98 rosters as a base, i think the rookies are still there but i changed their team to 38 so they don't appear in the game change it back to 50 which is an team ID for free agents pool and then you can grab them to their original teams from there.

btw, from the larry bird that you previewed... you could use the one from our 1992 dream team mod for visual accuracy... since he was already sporting short hair that time... :wink:

91/92 rosters released!..please tell me if there is some roblems with the rosters, i will try to fix it!..this should be playable in dynasty, only problem i have experienced is when i enter the draft lottery it has crashed occasionally.

glenn has a old school portrait for 90's... i really like his 90's portrait and i dnt want to replce it with anything... if this doesn't replace it then were' good to go...

a few recommendations after having a brief view of this 91/92 patch:

i would prefer having 91/92 uniforms set as default ones instead of 06/07 uniforms (that can be easily done in teamgear.dbf by only switching uniform code 0 for home, 1 for away (if i'm not mistaken here, but definately one of them is for home, other - for away games, 2 - for alternate, etc.)

hands could be corrected (some lefties are set to be right-handed (e.g. GSW (only team i played) marciulionis, gatling). for the reference you could use vintage nba live rosters (which you could get from anybody still having original NBA Live 95 (most of the players could be found there) and site admin Andrew Begley could provide you with the roster and you could check for the lefties)

pete chilcutt's face is missing (i can only see gray head)

some of the portraits are missing (not even those create-a-player mugshots, only team logo appears)..

dennis rodman (det) cyberface shouldn't be with colored hair. he had normal black hair back then.

i already renamed those two teams, fixed lefties and assigned correct uniforms.
if you tony d want this, i could send you files. amazing mod, just played with new jersey vs portland. keep that going.

(though most of the cyberfaces (not ea's created players) are way off)

thanks UltraNIX'..these issues will be corrected in the next release..i have done all but the uniform think, cyperfaces and teamnames, cause the cf's don't exist for those players by any patch maker and i had to put ea's generated ones for them and if i change teamnames there could be some issues in dynasty mode..if someone wants to do more cf's it would be great!..please send me the teamgear.dbf file..do you have my e-mail..if not its tonydivence@phnet.fi

a black-haired dennis rodman is in juza's retro cyberfaces pack. as for hastings you could include white guy (somebody similar to bill laimbeer, as they were quite similar in appearance) and check pete chilcutt's face issue. i already sent some of the .dbf files to you.

and. why the main players (i played only with bulls and nets 8qtr games, using jimmy's pg/gameplay fix/roster) don't ever substitute? mj, pippen, grant (all from chi), coleman, petrovic (all from new jersey) played full game. other players, however, substitute. those players should play 85% of time, but not all the game. if you could solve this, i would appreciate. they don't even get tired - their fatigue bar is always full.

thank you for sending those files, i will check them out as soon as possible..star player stamina rating must be as slow as anyother players, otherwise they won't substitute, but i didn't have enough time to change it. That chilcutt and portrait issue could be because i have forgotten to add the files in the archive :oops:

..but i will try to fix these in the next release..i have also run into problems in dynasty mode considering the rookie draft and lottery..this might be solved by replacing faces.dbf birthstate.dbf & birthtown.dbf with the original files from the nba live 07/database/origdb and copying them into your dynasty folder

starters. i have some reasonable doubts about starters and positions (especially steve smith - point guard? since when? he's shooting guard, small forward at rare times, but never a point). there's a great site basketball-reference.com (or the other very similar one without dash between the words), which reveals data of the players starts during the season. the player, who leads among other in the same position, should have a starting spot. some of the lineups are correct, but other need further revision.

ratings. though i myself after making roster had been bitched at about low/high/insufficient overalls and other ratings...but....horace grant 91 overall?? :shock:
