I can say that i expected better from the next-gen live....the gameplay still seems too wild. They turned the dunk contest into more of a cartoon..but dirk's jumpshot looked sweet.

EA Sports... I'm telling you seriously: CHANGE OF PHILOSOPHY OR FIRE ALL YOUR STAFF AND HIRE NEW GUYS...

I'm starting to agree with this, I just wish EA would switch the Tiburon team onto NBA Live because they have done so much for Madden, they've nearly perfected the game and have run out of new things to put into it. As a result, they have the best selling football game, no questions asked. NBA Live is nowhere near that. I don't have much respect for EA Canada

They bought out 2K Football, theres nothing to rival it......

of course its gonna be the best selling....

well obviously, but even a few years back with 2k still in it, MAdden was still THE cutting-edge football game and THE football game to buy with new features like the minicamp and owner mode, etc. etc.

Wow, the 360 version doesn't look to have improved at all. Sure, it's got some new smoke and mirrors (ESPN, All-Star Weekend, Dynasty), but the most important part of the game should be the gameplay.

The players all seem to go from one awkward animation to another. I don't know how else to describe it other than it's "blocky". They don't move with any fluidity, which affects how you play. I thought for sure they would improve on this for 07.

I think the slam dunk contest video pretty much sums everything up. That jump to a handstand to a dunk looked absolutely ridiculous. If a player were to run at the basket, jump way up in the air, head first, then land on the ball... well, he'd either slip off the ball, dislocate his shoulders, or have the ball slip out from under him while he pooted head first into the court. C'mon. Is this Street or Live?

LOL, I bet EA is working hastely to re-release that Nate Robinson clip and have him do the exact same stunt except this time the ball slides from underneath him, his head flys into the hardwood and snaps, then he lies flat as paramedics and Lebron James try to revive him.
